The Skinny Scarf Has Been Quietly Making Its Comeback
Like it or not, it seems the skinny scarf has returned. Spring has arrived, and with it, retailers have started stocking clothes made for the beach, sun, and weekend getaways. As usual, there are trendy bikinis and swimsuits that always ask for space in our closet, little tops meant to save us from the rising temperatures, and the kind of light floral dresses and skirts that define the season. These come back every year without fail, but there's one new item we've spotted among the hoard: skinny scarves.
